Guaranteed Buyer Protection for ClickMall Customers

All products sold on ClickMall are covered by our Guaranteed Buyer Protection.

We guarantee replacement or refund if you found the item you purchased to be damaged, defected or deficient. ClickMall vows to always replace or refund the product provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery. For the details of terms for replacements and refunds, simply go to your product page.

ClickMall has a No Questions Asked returns policy on selected items. If you are not content with what you purchased, just return the item for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

How to return an item purchased on ClickMall?

Just follow these 4 easy steps to return a product purchased.

First Step: Contact us

Call us at 0300-0437700 to make a return request, and choose the item you want to return on the returns form that arrived with your order.

You can schedule a home pick-up (available in Lahore and Karachi only) or you can choose your closest TCS drop-off point.

  • Find the drop-off point closest to you here
  • For a home pick-up, our courier will seek to collect on the following day between 8am and 8pm. If your box is particularly large, kindly contact our helpful Customer Care to schedule a separate home pick up. (This refers to boxes 32x24x16 inches or greater – usually for orders containing large appliances and equipment).

Fill in the return form you received with your order.

Second Step: Pack the purchased product

To make certain that the product you want to return does not get damaged/broken during the returning process and does not get lost, it is essential that you return the product in its original packaging. Kindly stick the return label you received with your order on the top of the parcel, ensuring that it covers the delivery label.

Your refund or replacement request will be successfully processed provided that the following terms are met:

  • The item is correct and complete and includes the original tags, packaging, free items (if any) and accessories.
  • The product is not used, and is not damaged, retains its original form, without any dents or scratches.
  • If returning a laptop, mobile or tablet, kindly make sure that the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. In case of an Apple device, the iCloud account should be unlocked.

Third Step: Return your Item

Drop your product off at your nearest TCS drop-off point or wait at home for the courier to come and collect the package.

Fourth Step: Relax and Wait!

After the product has been dropped off or collected, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. The process of replacement will begin as soon as it passes our quality evaluation. For predicted timelines, kindly see below.
